Easy to use website and clear and concise information about what I needed

Website was a little slow and some of the processes were confusing, i.e.paying via PayPal the address section. Also would not let me proceed as a guest, I had to register !

Beard trimmer ordered on 3 February and delivered securely on 5 February. Great service and a great price - what’s not to like !

Made an online order which said it had gone through successfully. Got an email to confirm this. Then within 30 minutes I got another email saying the order had been successfully cancelled. No reason given.

The item was inadequately packed consequently the item was crushed and not usable.
Initially I gave one star because of the above. However I have revised it to five as my complaint was dealt with straight away with no quibbles and the replacement arrived within 24 hours.

Delivery was successful, if 40 minutes earlier than expected (no big deal), yet unsatisfactory. After ringing my doorbell and getting entry into the building, the courier left my packet at the bottom of the stairs, where anyone else living in the building (or having temporary access to it) could have nicked it. Please note that my full address was written on the packet, including the flat number; also remember that I opened the door for the courier, so they knew I was home. Evri have a rather poor reputation and, as far as I am concerned, they haven't done much to improve it tonight.

Easy access via the website. A good product at a reasonable price and fast indication nthat the product was already dispatched within a couple of hours.

The foil was damaged (broken) - however the cutting head is fine. I, therefore decided to keep the cutting head and use it with the existing foil on my razor. I was considering sending back the damaged part, but the procedure you have devised is so user unfriendly and complicated that I gave up.

My shaver head needed replacement. Having bought the original shaver in Boots I went back there and the assistant said their item (52B) was for Series 5 and the correct one. I tried it soon after leaving the shop and found it was incorrect. They reimbursed us but I still needed the replacement. Going onto the braun website I found the correct item and have purchased it. The only weird thing was the address duplicated our village and street name. I hope Royal Mail won't be too puzzled by this.
I'm giving full marks in the hope that the item works when it is delivered.

It does what it says. Hair removal very good , not painful even on the upper lips. Very effective with all lengths of hair. Very good present for my mum who has a delicate and thin skin because of her age as well.

Ordered on a Saturday, received it on Monday and tried it on Tuesday.
I fell in love with this device. I've been waxing for the past 3 years and was a bit worried about the pain but honestly nothing compared to waxing! Used it on dry skin without shaving cream and I had no redness nor pain after the epilation. It is also very easy to use and it saved me a lot of time! Highly recommended!
